猿泽池位于奈良市中心的兴福寺正南方。从奈良公园、东大寺等奈良主要景点步行即可轻松抵达。

前往猿泽池的游客可以在池畔悠闲散步、拍照，并欣赏春季樱花、秋季彩叶等季节景色。池畔还能眺望兴福寺五重塔的绝佳景观。

猿泽池一年四季都很美丽，但在四月上旬的樱花季和十一月下旬的红叶季尤为动人，池畔的色彩鲜艳夺目，倒映在水中，美不胜收。

为了维护生态系统的自然平衡和动物的健康，一般不鼓励喂食野生动物，特别是池塘中的鱼类或鸟类。建议游客在不直接接触的情况下，从远处欣赏野生动物。
