我们的行程将从在您酒店的接送开始。我们建议客人准时，并在预先指定的时间于酒店大堂等候，以确保顺利出发。

我们的行程旨在满足不同年龄段的需求。然而，考虑到需要步行，对于年纪很小的儿童或年长的参与者来说可能会有些困难。如果他们习惯于步行，应当会觉得这次行程令人愉快。

行程本身不包含餐食安排。不过，在穿越如谷中银座等地区时，有充足的机会品尝当地美食。请务必携带足够的日元，以便享用这些地道的美食。

尽管我们通常不会因下雨或其他轻微天气干扰而停止运营，但极端天气状况可能需要重新安排甚至取消行程。参与者的安全和舒适始终是我们的首要任务。

我们理解计划可能会发生变化。我们的取消政策如下：如果在活动前 2 天或更少时间内取消预订，将收取 100% 的取消费用。在活动前 5 天或更少时间内取消，将收取 50% 的费用。而在活动前 15 天或更少时间内取消，将收取 20% 的取消费用。该政策确保对其他参与者的公平性，并用于支付行政管理成本。
