The East Line starts and ends at Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit and covers central and eastern Kyoto. Along the route, the bus stops near Ginkaku-ji, Heian Shrine and Okazaki Park, Gion, the Kiyomizu-dera area, Sanjusangendo, and Kyoto National Museum. Buses operate from morning to early evening, with departures approximately every 50 minutes.

The West Line also departs from Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit and travels through western Kyoto. This route connects major attractions such as Nijo Castle, Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, Kinkaku-ji, Daitoku-ji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace, and the Nishiki Market area. Services run regularly from morning through late afternoon.

The Purple Line provides limited services between central Kyoto and Arashiyama. It operates only at selected times during the day, with morning, midday, and afternoon departures, and a final return to Kyoto Station in the early evening. This route is suitable for visitors planning a focused visit to the Arashiyama area.
