What other travelers are saying about Ashigakubo Ice Pillar
At the beginning of the open visit, the mountainside ice pillars are not yet fully visible, causing a slight disappointment. The evening lights will undergo changes. It takes a short walk of about five minutes from the entrance to the ice pillar area. It's advisable to dress warmly. For those who haven't seen it, it's still worth a visit. Remember to make a reservation if you plan to come on a weekend evening.
