What other travelers are saying about Big Echo Karaoke
They charged us for cocktails that obviously had no alcohol in them, the mojito was just soda water and the rum and coke was just coke; very dishonourable behaviour
When I went to retrieve something I had forgotten, I was glared at, probably because I wasn't a customer.
The staff seemed lazy and spoke rudely to me.
They lied and said that only I could retrieve it, so when I told them I had called in advance, they obediently brought out my forgotten item.
I hope the staff will be different in the evening, but if you're going to karaoke during the day, I think you'll have a better experience singing at one of their stores.
I've been going to Ebisu more often for work and have been here a few times. The room in the back is stylish. I don't think it would be comfortable for men. The staff were polite depending on the time of day. The entrance is on the second floor and there is only a narrow staircase, so it might be difficult to get in if you have luggage.
