What other travelers are saying about Forest Adventure Tsukuba
Great place to bring your family for some adventure. they accept 110cm and above but 1 adult needs to join the kids or 18yrs old below. my youngest kid is 4yrs old and he really enjoyed a lot. much better to go there during weekdays it's not crowded you can enjoy and focus to finish the course 😊 we took the canopy course ¥2800 per person for 2hrs.
The Canopy Course requires a minimum height of 110 centimeters. The Adventure Course requires a minimum height of 140 centimeters. Weight limits typically cap at 130 kilograms for safety equipment compatibility.
Yes, advance reservations are required, particularly on weekends and holidays. The park operates with limited capacity for safety reasons. Walk-ins are rarely accepted. Reservations can be made through the official website or by phone, preferably several days before your visit.
The complete experience takes 2 to 3 hours, including a 20 to 30 minute safety briefing and equipment fitting. All safety equipment including harnesses, helmets, and belay systems is provided with admission.
The Canopy Course is designed for beginners with lower heights and simpler obstacles. The Adventure Course is more challenging. All courses involve elevated activities at several meters height. Individuals with severe fear of heights may struggle. Some obstacles can be skipped depending on the course.
The best part of the Tsukuba trip is the forest adventure, it’s an amazing experience to explore in Tsukuba. The staffs are soooo good. There are four courses, third one is quit difficult but it’s doable. The zip line in the fourth course is really the best one where we see the mount Tsukuba. It take about 45 to 60 minutes to complete the four courses if you’re not stuck by anyone before.
The forest adventure is very close to the Tsukuba grand hotel.
The staffs will ensure the safety gears are properly secured and provide a trail and short course to all and then allow to enjoy the full course.
It’s really worth the cost and the view from the top of Tsukuba during autumn is incredible.
Excellent place for a really fun day.
You do need some strength to climb and walk but it should be doable by any person with minimal healthy condition.
Arrived after the last start time (2:30 PM) but they still let us do it! Four whole courses ending in zip lines (took us about 90 minutes total). Last course also has a fun “Tarzan jump” that is a must-try. Staff were super friendly and safety-focused. Recommend to get there earlier in the day as it can get crowded.
