The Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower is a modern mixed-use skyscraper located in the Roppongi district of Minato, Tokyo. Completed in 2016, this 180-meter tall building stands as one of the significant developments in the Roppongi area, designed by the renowned architectural firm Nikken Sekkei. The tower represents contemporary Japanese urban architecture and is part of the ongoing transformation of Roppongi into a sophisticated cultural and business hub.

The tower's primary significance lies in its role as a vertical community that integrates residential, office, and commercial spaces. The building features 390 luxury residential units occupying the upper floors, while lower floors house office spaces and retail establishments. The tower's design emphasizes sustainability and modern living, incorporating earthquake-resistant technology and energy-efficient systems that reflect Japan's advanced building standards.

Visitors to the area can appreciate the tower's sleek exterior architecture and its contribution to Tokyo's modern skyline. The ground floor commercial area includes restaurants and cafes accessible to the public, offering dining options with views of the surrounding Roppongi district. The building's plaza area provides a public space where visitors can observe the contemporary architectural design and experience the vibrant atmosphere of modern Tokyo. The tower is particularly striking when illuminated at night, adding to Roppongi's dynamic urban landscape.

The tower is located in Roppongi 3-chome, easily accessible via the Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Oedo Line, approximately a 5-minute walk from Exit 3. Alternatively, visitors can reach the area from Roppongi-itchome Station on the Namboku Line, about an 8-minute walk away. As a predominantly residential and office building, public access is limited to the ground-floor commercial areas and exterior plaza. There is no admission fee for visiting the publicly accessible areas around and within the ground floor of the tower.

This is a modern office area. I don’t really like the design of this area since you kinda have to walk a lot.
