1000 yen entrance fee for a really lovely stroll in a large garden. The top of the hill has a swing and it was so cute finding gnomes hidden everywhere! Such a good photo spot. It felt pretty magical.
A little out of the way if you’re taking public transport. Took me about 20minutes to walk from the nearest train station. The Gardens are really well maintained with various flower souvenirs you can get from the gift shop. There is also a hill for you to hike up to. It is rather steep, so wear grippy shoes. I completed the garden in about an hour.
Highly recommend to visit this beautiful garden. After painting the entry fee, you find yourself in a stunning well maintained garden. Then the path takes you to a more wild and steep part. Then it goes back to the well maintained area again. There are lots of pretty installations for photo opportunity. My daughter enjoyed looking for gnomes and a prize at the end was a highlight for her.
1000 yen is too expensive for what it is. Only the garden area around the entrance is kinda nice and show some maintenances, but after that it was just weeds. I went there at the end of August, some flowers were dying.
