A full-day walking tour of Ueno and Yanaka led by a local English-speaking guide, covering the National Museum of Nature and Science, Ueno Park temples and shrines, Ameyoko retro shopping street, the Asakura Museum of Sculpture, Yanaka Ginza, and Tennoji Temple.

This tour is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday through Sunday only. The National Museum of Nature and Science and the Asakura Museum of Sculpture are both closed on Mondays and Thursdays, so the tour does not operate on those days.
Lunch is not included. A free time break is provided at Ameyoko, where a variety of restaurants, food stalls, and cafes are available. Your guide will suggest local options on request.
This is a full-day walking tour covering Ueno Park, Ameyoko, a 20-minute walk to Yanaka, and continuing walking through the Yanaka neighborhood. Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes are essential.
Large luggage and oversized bags are not suitable for this walking tour. Guests are advised to store bags at their hotel or at a station locker before joining. Lockers are available at major stations, including Ueno, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station.
Jeff was amazing. He took me throughout all of Ueno and showed me so many cool and easily missable sights. Jeff is very knowledgeable and makes the tour incredibly fun.
