  • Reservations are final, with no refunds after confirmation.

  • The service operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

  • Due to snow, the rental service is unavailable from late November to late March.

  • Liability insurance is included with your rental fee.

You will pick up and return the bicycle at the Furusatto Café at the West Exit of Joetsu-Myoko Station. This is the designated rental and return point. Please note that one-way rentals are not permitted, so the bicycle must be returned to the same location.

You should bring a valid ID for verification purposes, as well as comfortable clothing suitable for cycling. It’s also advisable to bring water, snacks, and any personal items you might need during your ride. A small backpack can be handy for carrying these items.

If you wish to extend the rental period, it’s best to contact the rental service directly to check availability. Extensions might not always be possible, especially during busy times, so it’s recommended to plan your rental duration carefully.

In case of an emergency or if the bicycle breaks down during your ride, contact the rental service immediately using the phone number provided at the time of rental. They will assist you with any issues, whether it’s sending help or arranging a replacement bicycle if needed.
