The wagashi menu varies by season and is subject to change depending on ingredient availability. In spring, you may make sakura-mochi or hanami dango; in summer, desserts such as Milky Way yokan or shiratama anmitsu; in autumn, sweets like ohagi or daigaku-imo; and in winter, warabi-mochi or yuki usagi manju.
