The lady who demonstrated the tea ceremony was lovely and welcoming and very good at explaining. We enjoyed making our own matcha with her. Great experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful tea ceremony experience
Beautiful experience of tea ceremony in Kyoto. The tea house is tucked away in a little alley and was so peaceful compared to the crazy streets of Kyoto. The lady who demonstrated the tea ceremony was lovely and welcoming and very good at explaining. We enjoyed making our own matcha with her. Great experience. Highly recommended!
