We went to the Gyoza class with our 9 and 11 year olds. Aya welcomed us (she and her husband are absolutely lovely and speak perfectly English). She gave us all traditional Japanese clothing and styled our hair with flowers (my kids were in heaven!). The Gyoza was fun to make and delicious to eat. The kids were able to do it as well and loved it. She paired it with rice, miso soup and Japanese tea. The location is great (5 mins walk from the Main Street in downtown Kyoto and easy to find). This was the perfect start to our time in Kyoto and I would recommend it to everyone!
