ツアーが中止になった場合はどうなりますか？

ツアーが中止となった場合、特に最少催行人数に満たないことが理由の場合は、事前に通知され、全額返金または別日程への振り替えが提供されます。

参加者に年齢制限はありますか？

このツアーに特別な年齢制限はありません。ただし、5歳以下の乳幼児は無料で参加できることにご注意ください。

ツアーには徒歩移動が含まれるため、履き心地の良い歩きやすい靴をお勧めします。また、日差しから身を守るために、水筒、日焼け止め、帽子を持参することをお勧めします。

ツアーでは、すべての参加者の快適さと安全を確保するため、通常ペットの同伴は許可されていません。介助動物は例外となる場合がありますが、事前にご確認ください。

時間厳守は非常に重要です。ツアーは厳格なスケジュールに従って進行します。遅れそうな場合は、できるだけ早くツアーガイドまたはツアー会社にご連絡ください。ただし、遅れた参加者をグループが待てる保証はありません。

This is a shared experience, and the guide will accompany multiple guests.
Group size is limited to a maximum of 10 adults to ensure a comfortable walking pace.
A minimum of 2 adults is required for the tour to operate.
The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached 4 days before the scheduled date.
Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Tour schedules may change due to operational or local conditions, with or without prior notice.
Infants aged 5 and under may participate free of charge.
