  • A booking fee is required at the time of reservation and is not deducted from the total rental amount.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on-site on the day of rental.

  • Standard pickup is at a designated Tokyo location, with alternative pickup available upon request in advance.

  • An ETC card is not included. Use cash payment lanes marked 一般 (ippan) at all toll booths.

Additional Information

  • A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) based on the 1949 Geneva Convention is required to drive in Japan.

  • Some nationalities may also need an official Japanese translation of their domestic license in addition to the IDP.

  • All required driving documents must be obtained before arriving in Japan.

  • Return the vehicle with a full tank of high-octane fuel. A fuel receipt may be requested on return.

  • The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, including parking fines and speeding penalties incurred during the rental period.
