SEIBU Line 1-Day Pass with Nagatoro & Chichibu Access

• This pass is only available to non-Japanese passport holders.

• A passport or valid foreign resident card is required for ticket pickup.

• Tickets must be collected at the SEIBU Tourist Information Center in Ikebukuro Station.

• The information center is located on the 1F near the East Exit, close to the SEIBU Line gates.

• Business hours for ticket pickup are 08:00–15:00 daily.

• Please present your voucher when exchanging your ticket.

• The pass is valid for 1 day of use within 2 weeks from the date of exchange.

• Show your ticket to station staff when passing through ticket gates.

• Limited Express trains require an additional surcharge.

Additional Information

• The validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange.

• Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

• No reservation date is required when booking this pass.

• The pass covers all SEIBU Lines except the Tamagawa Line.

• The pass includes the Chichibu Railway section from Nogami to Mitsumineguchi.

• Purchase multiple passes if you plan to use the pass on multiple days.
