Use the restroom before the meeting time, as facilities are not available inside the brewery.

Avoid eating natto or wearing perfume on the day of the tour.

Not recommended for pregnant travelers.

If canceled due to weather, you will be notified by email at least 1 day in advance and receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

A flight delay or cancellation certificate is required for rescheduling or refund requests.
