Workshop Agenda

Sushi Making Session

Learn to prepare eight pieces of nigiri sushi and one sushi roll under the guidance of an instructor, with step-by-step instruction on basic techniques.

Side Dishes and Miso Soup

Prepare two traditional side dishes and miso soup using common Japanese ingredients and methods.

Sake Tasting

Participants aged 20 and above can sample three types of sake and learn about their characteristics and pairings.

Learn the basics of sushi making in this hands-on class in Tokyo. With guidance from an instructor, prepare your own sushi rolls and two traditional side dishes, followed by a sake tasting session.

You will make eight pieces of nigiri sushi, one sushi roll, two traditional side dishes, and miso soup with guidance from an instructor.

No prior cooking experience is necessary. Our class is designed to cater to both beginners and those with some cooking skills. Our instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you learn and enjoy the process.

Sake tasting is included for participants aged 20 and above. Non-alcoholic drinks are provided for those under 20 or who prefer not to drink.

Please inform us in advance when booking. Vegetarian options are available, but we may not be able to accommodate all allergies.

Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit messy is ideal. Aprons will be provided to help protect your clothes during the cooking process.

The class is designed to be intimate and engaging, with a maximum of 12 participants. This ensures personalized attention and a better learning experience.
