Things to Remember

• Child rates are for those 12 and under; youth rates apply to high school students 18 and older.

• Collect KEIKYU Hanetoku tickets exclusively from staff at Haneda Airport's Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Remember, these cannot be exchanged at Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway stations.

• Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-resellable. Always have your mobile voucher with a QR code ready for all ticket exchanges, and consider a printed backup for peace of mind. No QR code means no participation.

• KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Metro Pass are valid for 12 months from purchase. After exchange, KEIKYU tickets remain valid for up to 9 days, and the Tokyo Metro Pass for 24 hours – check the dates on the back of the pass!

• Use your vouchers wisely! They are designated for Tokyo Skytree, KEIKYU Hanetoku, and Tokyo Metro Pass. Paper tickets can be obtained by presenting your QR code at the Skytree ticket booth on the 4th floor.

• All sales are final – no modifications or refunds can be made after reservation.

• Stay informed and flexible, as facility availability might be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Quick Guide to Using Your Tickets

• Getting Your Vouchers: Keep an eye on your email for the mobile vouchers and QR codes; you'll need them for both Tokyo Skytree and KEIKYU Hanetoku & Tokyo Metro.

• Tokyo Skytree Visit: Located at 1 Chome-1-2 Oshiage, Sumida City, Tokyo, we are open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Just remember to visit on your chosen date and time and exchange your mobile voucher for a paper ticket on the 4th floor.

• KEIKYU Hanetoku & Tokyo Metro Exchange Points: For Haneda Terminals 1 & 2, visit between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and for Terminal 3, it’s from the first to the last train. Exchange is only possible when staff are present at the KEIKYU Line counters.

• Validity & Location Limitations: Your KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Metro Pass are valid for 12 months, with KEIKYU is available for 9 days and Metro Pass 24  hours after exchange. And remember, swapping at Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway Line stations is a no-go!

• Punctuality & Planning: After booking, you’ll receive your QR-coded tickets. Plan your journey, arrive on time, and always check the valid dates on your Metro Pass!
