How do I collect my lift ticket and rental gear?

Show your smartphone with the ticket details at the ticket booth to receive your 1-day lift ticket and rental voucher. Present the rental voucher at Nakazato Ski Center to pick up your gear.

Can I use the rental gear for multiple days?

If you plan to stay for consecutive days, you’ll need to return the gear at the end of each day and go through the rental process again for the next day. Lift tickets must also be collected daily.

What should I prepare in advance?

Make sure to book your tickets by 1:00 PM one day before your visit. Bring any accessories you need, like gloves and goggles, as they are not part of the rental package. Dress warmly and check the weather forecast to ensure a comfortable day on the slopes.

Can beginners join this tour?

Yes! The resort has slopes suitable for all skill levels, including wide, gentle runs perfect for beginners. The Angel Slope is specifically designed for first-timers to practice skiing or snowboarding.

Kids under 15 need an adult (18 or older) with them and can’t join alone.
Kids under 6 can’t join this activity.
Big and junior-sized gear is limited, so check with the rental shop beforehand. Extra fees might apply for certain sizes.
All rental gear needs to be returned during the shop’s working hours.
If you’re renting gear for more than one day, you’ll need to return it daily and rent it again the next day.
Lift tickets are given out each day, so you’ll need to collect a new one daily.
Accessories like gloves, goggles, and hats can be bought at the shop, but stock is limited. It’s better to bring your own.
Book your spot by 1:00 PM the day before your visit.
If you need winter clothing, please select a plan that includes clothing rental.
