What other travelers are saying about Abeno Q's Mall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great place for families with kids! Abeno Q’s Mall is one of the best shopping malls in Osaka if you’re visiting with children. It’s spacious, clean, and very family-friendly. There are so many things to do and places to explore — from big brand shops to small local stores, cute cafés, and a great variety of restaurants for every taste. What really makes this mall special is how comfortable it is for families. There are clean nursing rooms, changing areas, and plenty of elevators, which make it easy to move around with strollers. The rest areas are wide and comfortable, and you can find coin lockers and information desks everywhere. On weekends, you’ll often find fun kids’ events or character shows in the open area on the ground floor — a great way for children to have a little playtime while parents relax. There’s also a playground area nearby and several toy stores that little ones love! The mall connects directly to Tennoji Station and Abeno Station, so access is super convenient — even on rainy days. You can easily spend half a day (or more) here shopping, eating, and relaxing without stress. If you’re visiting Osaka with kids, I highly recommend stopping by Abeno Q’s Mall. It’s a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place for the whole family! #FamilyFriendly #OsakaWithKids #QsMallAbeno #OsakaShopping #FamilyTripJapan #KidsInOsaka

Low-key obsessed with Abeno Q’s Mall. We loved it here tons of restaurants, clothing stores, and all the essentials like ABC Mart, Uniqlo, GU, WEGO etc. It’s always got a vibe… weekends get busy, but even on weekdays you’ll see loads of locals and teens hanging out after school. It was super convenient for us because it was walking distance from where we stayed, so we popped in all the time. Also, huge shoutout to their customer service my husband lost his jacket at a shop, and they actually had it kept safely. We just showed a photo and passport and boom, sorted. So honest + respectful. Overall, such a comfy, lively mall with everything you need. Big yes from me. 💯🛍️
Very nice shopping mall with great facilities. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The food court has many choices. Only few homeless people might be not nice to see, but they are not doing anything to the others.
Starbucks at QS Mall is one of my favorite spots for coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and welcoming the space is. The layout makes it perfect for meeting friends, working on a laptop, or just enjoying a quiet moment. The seating is comfortable, and there are plenty of options whether you prefer a cozy corner or a more social table. The drinks at this Starbucks location are consistently excellent. I tried a few seasonal specialties and my usual favorites, and every cup was perfectly crafted—smooth, flavorful, and served at just the right temperature. The baristas were friendly, professional, and attentive, taking the time to ensure every order was correct and customized to preference. The food options, from sandwiches to pastries, were fresh and complemented the beverages nicely. What makes this Starbucks especially enjoyable is the combination of great coffee, attentive service, and a pleasant environment. Whether you are stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or planning to spend some time relaxing, it’s a spot that delivers consistently. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting QS Mall, and I will definitely be returning soon.
Lovely place with great view. 58 floor food is limited. I felt peaceful watching sunset.
