What other travelers are saying about Yodobashi Akiba

This is one or of the largest electronic devices stores- seven or more floors and basically everything you can desire. Prices are very fair when compared to Europe foe e.g. tablets and similar. Vvery friendly staff. They also feature select range of 230v appliances. For me this was a somewhat bewildering experience and borderline sensory overload.

This establishment offers an enjoyable shopping experience. The pricing is competitive, and tax-free options are available. The store is multi-leveled, with each floor dedicated to a specific category of electronics. The staff members are consistently courteous and efficient. We misplaced our glasses on Monday and were able to retrieve them from the reception desk without any difficulty upon our return on Friday. Musical instruments are also found here 🥰

*Amazing shopping experience!** Yodobashi Akiba is a must-visit in Tokyo — it has everything you can imagine, from electronics and cameras to toys, watches, and souvenirs. The staff are friendly, helpful, and many speak basic English, which makes shopping much easier. The store is huge but well-organized, and prices are very fair, especially with tax-free options for tourists. I found exactly what I needed and even more! There are also great restaurants upstairs. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Akihabara!

An extremely large mall. In fact, easy for tourists to get lost a bit lost inside of it. Each floor has different categories of items. Some are for audio equipment, gaming, clothing etc. I really liked the Nintendo section. My only gripe was that my foreign card refused to work on their card machines, it was the card machine at fault for not supporting my card since the card chip worked fine elsewhere in Tokyo. Its quite a busy mall so if you're going during the peak hours, it's worth keeping in mind.

This place is huge! Prepare to spend a lot of time in this place if you're into tech. A little chaotic in the beginning or should i say i was a little bit overwhelmed but once you kinda navigate a little bit...it was all good. This place is busy, so you have to call somebody to help you. But once someone is there they are very helpful and will assist you well. They also have small area of stationary/pens and they have a whole floor for hobby stuff such as anime figures, etc. The higher floor is a food court and tons of choices to choose from.
