Join a hands-on Japanese Izakaya cooking class in Tokyo and learn to prepare dishes such as teriyaki chicken balls, hand-rolled sushi, and daikon salad. Guided by locals, the experience also includes a visit to a nearby supermarket and a relaxed, nomikai-style atmosphere with drinks during the session.
Age 15-99 : Cooking Experience + Dinner + 3 drinks, Photos. Age 4-11 : Food & Drinks are included (Cooking involving knives or fire is not allowed.) Age 0-3 : No food and drink included.

You will prepare a variety of Japanese Izakaya-style dishes, including daikon radish salad, smashed cucumber salad, miso-glazed eggplant, teriyaki chicken balls, Japanese rolled omelette (dashimaki tamago), and hand-rolled sushi.
Participants aged 6 and above can join. Cooking steps involving knives and heat are limited to guests aged 12 and over, under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
No, there is no charge if your child does not participate in the cooking experience. A playroom is available where children can watch cartoons and play while you join the class.
Vegetarian guests are welcome, and ingredients may be adjusted where possible (e.g., using avocado or tofu instead of fish). However, please note that menu options may be limited. Please inform us of your dietary needs at least one day in advance.
Guests of all ages are welcome. Alcohol is only available to participants aged 20 and over. Younger guests may join but should be supervised during cooking steps involving knives and heat. Infants can join free of charge but will not be provided with meals.
