Show your QR code voucher (printed or on a device) for redemption.
Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket before boarding.
Outbound (Airport → Tokyo): Redeem at Narita Airport stations.
Return (Tokyo → Airport): Redeem at Ueno or Nippori stations before boarding.
Seat reservations must be completed at a counter or ticket machine.

For Skyliner bound for Narita Airport:

Keisei Ueno: Ticket machine or counter (5:10 AM–8:20 PM).
Nippori: Ticket machine or JR Connection Counter (5:00 AM–11:30 PM).

For Skyliner bound for Ueno:

Narita Terminal 1: Ticket machine or information counter (7:00 AM–9:00 PM).
Narita Terminal 2–3: Ticket machine or information counter (7:00 AM–9:00 PM).
Not redeemable at Aoto or Shin-Kamagaya stations.

Restrictions & Refund Policy

E-tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding.
Tickets can only be collected on the selected travel date.
No refunds once tickets are redeemed, except for service suspension.
Refunds must be requested in person with the original ticket and proof of purchase.
Not valid on Keisei Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable.
